How does the Intervals feature work?

Created by Hugh Mackworth, Modified on Sun, 9 Jun at 11:32 AM by Hugh Mackworth

Intervals is intended for a training race with multiple sections with a fixed time for each section, so faster runners get a longer break between sections. When a watch is paused then restarted, it automatically adds a Lap marking the pause point.

To use, start the race normally, then as each runner completes a lap, tap Stop. When all have completed the lap and they’re ready for the next lap, tap All Start. Upon the restart, each runner will have a Lap marker added to their watch. Each watch’s total time will reflect the cumulative running time without the pauses.
